At Rock City Fitness, your body is your machine. We use functional training in a structured setting to help you learn as you train. We take the guesswork out.

Whether you choose to join one of our monthly bootcamps, take a group fitness class, work with us online for nutrition coaching, meet up for Run Club, or personal train - our certified trainers and instructors work hard pouring their time, energy, and passion into developing programs and classes from a place of integrity, while ensuring safety, effectiveness, and FUN!

At RCF, we use a variety of equipment in our training. Designed for all fitness levels, the equipment pieces are interchangeable allowing for total customization for workouts specific to your goals.

Say goodbye to those random Pinterest and Instagram workouts that you are trying to piece together and leaving you wondering if it’s “working” or not! We are constantly adding to our “fitness playground” and our own knowledge base as trainers to keep our services updated and fresh, while maintaining solid training techniques that are grounded in research and experience.

We want you to FEEL and SEE your results, and feel proud during the process. The little things are the big things - understanding movement patterns, being pain-free, getting one more rep, going to a group fitness class without feeling nervous...those are HUGE accomplishments! And the key to achieving your end goal is the consistency along the way, with a trainer and crew you love.

I’m Casi, and while Clint runs Ultramarathons, I run the gym! First and foremost, I’m a wife and mom to our family. I’ve always enjoyed fitness and have been strength training for 20 years. However, after having two kids in under two years, A LOT changed to how my body moved and responded to fitness. I put my mind and body through the RINGER—gaining and losing 70lbs with my first pregnancy, and then gaining and losing another 85lbs with my second pregnancy. I decided that consistency was the “secret weapon” to truly living a healthy style, not short-term trends or restrictive measures. I made a commitment to invest in myself because my family and I deserved it…but I also needed it.

Now, we’ve turned our love for health and fitness into a family affair to help our local community fall in love with feeling strong too—whatever “strong” looks and feels like to them!

I'm Clint. I'm a teacher by trade and a middle schooler at heart, and somehow combined the two to make a living as a Middle School teacher. I'm always trying to learn about how everything is connected with the body and training, and how to optimize performance. I approach fitness and knowledge like an ultra run—long, slow, steady progress will get the job done and leave you capable and hungry for more.

While my full-time job is teaching history, I train part-time at RCF helping student athletes improve their stability, mobility, and overall performance. I also work one-on-one with individuals to create and customize their training for running (5k, Half Marathon, Marathon, and Ultramarathon training).

My name is Mary Ann! I have done many different fitness programs throughout the years and would do so good, but once the program was over I would gain all of the weight back. I am so happy I have found a place with a great group of people who just love working out! I found a place where my sweaty self receives no judgement. I found a place where I can teach Pound! I found RCF!

🎵 Fave Workout Genre: I love all genres, but lean more towards rap/hip hop when I workout! It’s gotta have a good beat!
