Monthly Bootcamp

Our most popular package! Bootcamp is a monthly commitment and is programmed to progress you throughout the four weeks (not a single class option). Workouts are also structured taking all the guesswork out for you! We use a variety of equipment for a total body workout. We’ve gotten pretty creative with our workouts to give you a killer 45 minutes, and leave you feeling energized and strong!

To Sign Up: Bootcamp Enrollment opens each month and is honored on first come, first serve basis. To save your spot for an upcoming Bootcamp, please message us below! We fill up very fast! Must be paid in full to secure your spot. Open to adults 18+ years old.

 

Group Fitness Classes

 

12 Class Punch Card: $100 (must be used within 3 months of purchase)
Single Class: $10/class
Saturday Doubles: $15 to do both (or $10 for single class)

Open to adults 18+ years old.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you cannot make a class, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies do come up, and we appreciate your cooperation!

Clint and Casi are both NASM Certified CPTs and offer personal training services. Noted as the most respected name in the industry, The National Academy of Sports Medicine is world-renowned for the quality of their personal trainers and the scientific rigor of their program. Personal training is customized to each person and their abilities, with complete focus on the individual and their unique needs and goals.

Clint is also a certified running coach through RRCA. RRCA is known for their community of knowledgeable and ethical distance running coaches that work with runners of all ages and abilities. Whether your goal is to run without pain, complete your first 5K or half marathon, or prepare for a marathon (or an Ultra…yes, you CAN!), having an RRCA Certified Coach is incredibly beneficial to help you train smart, prevent injury, and smash your running goals.
