“Let's start with this: Hi, my name is Cindy and I am an RCF addict. I currently attend bootcamp, Circuits, Swole, Pound, and HIIT! Along with any and all fun extravaganzas! I love a good themed workout (which RCF has all the fun themes to play dress up for). My RCF journey started with 5am bootcamp, which I LOVE and look forward to. Before 5am bootcamp, there was never ever ever a world in which I would WILLINGLY wake up at 4:20am and workout! No way, no how. But, here I am months and months into this super early bootcamp and I couldn't picture my life, days, and routines without it! My workouts are my time. My space. And my thing that I can control.

Bootcamp at RCF opened up the door for all the other classes. I cannot believe how much I enjoy working out and getting sweaty in a variety of formats. Casi puts thought and effort into providing a killer variety of classes that work all different parts of the body and mind. The mental health and emotional supports that come from RCF are, to me, even more important than the physical gains, growth, and loss of inches and fat. The atmosphere at RCF is so incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive. This crew that I workout with are so incredibly important to me and this journey that I am on. Over my time in bootcamp and at RCF, I have made incredible friendships that will last a lifetime. The people within these 4 walls are more than my classmates, they are my friends, my family, and my support system.

Casi, I am eternally grateful for what you have created and just the human that you are and the role you play in my life.

“I absolutely love the one-on-one training. Being a new momma, I was super nervous about how my body would react to working out again. Casi was amazing, and is always so knowledgeable what would work and be safe at the same time! There was never a dull moment, she keeps it fun and exciting at all times! Love, love, love!”

“I do Bootcamp and all the classes! Before coming to RCF, I would basically just do cardio. I would run at least 5-6 times a week and walk 5 days a week. My feet and knees were in constant pain as well as my hip. I used to take a lot of ibuprofen for pain and it tore my stomach up. Now, I get up early to come to bootcamp and it totally sets the tone for the rest of my day. I love going in early, working hard, and laughing until my belly hurts! The music is on fire! I feel so much better about myself. My confidence working out with other people has improved so much. The atmosphere of RCF is amazing!

RCF is different because Casi is truly amazing. She is so kind, helpful, motivating, and inspiring. She makes you feel comfortable and important. She will go out of her way to show you how to train the proper way, and when you improve on something she is genuinely so happy and excited for you. She truly believe in everyone and gets so excited when people reach their goals. She will text you when she knows you’ve had a bad day and offer to help in any way possible. Casi makes coming to workout so much fun! You are missing out by not coming!”

“I started doing the virtual 5am bootcamp during quarantine and loved it! I previously made exercise a priority, but RCF helps keep me accountable. I love the endorphins after a workout! Exercise definitely is a must for my mental health. I exercise and push myself because I have those I love who cannot. RCF is a fun and welcoming environment for everyone! It does not matter your fitness level, Casi helps you get through your workout and enjoy it along the way!”

“I'm currently doing Bootcamp, Circuits with Casi, and Pound with Mary Ann! Before RCF, I would try to work out, but I just wasn't as accountable to myself. I didn't push myself as hard as I do now. And, I NEVER focused on strength training. I feel so much stronger than I used to - and I honestly feel like I have so much more energy. There are lots of reasons RCF is special. Casi is amazing - she truly cares about all of us, and I love that she makes sure our form is correct - that we're doing things the right way. “So, I think I'm in the smaller crowd of those who have lost weight during quarantine. When the world shut down and I was furloughed from work, I kicked my ass in gear and started exercising more, and kept it up longer than I ever have! Zumba starting when it did at RCF has helped so much with keeping up with a physical routine in the colder months when it can be more difficult to do so. The energy from the physical class and the group online is so amazing and is a great supplement to my home routine!”

“I go to bootcamp three days a week! Before this, I would randomly get up and use my treadmill and my dumbells for a little arm workout. “I started with personal training with Casi until I got brave enough to take some classes. I love HIIT and the Saturday sweatfests! I’ve taken bootcamp-which is awesome, and Pick Your Poison Circuits, Zumba, and Pound! I was so ‘blah’ before I came to RCF. I had no energy or focus. Now, I actually look forward to getting up at 4am to work out! It makes me feel so awesome. Working out for 2 hours on a Saturday would have never happened before. Casi is so caring. “I’ve taken Pick Your Poison Circuits and Zumba at RCF. Before joining, I was very stagnant. I didn’t want to do anything besides walk my dog and even that wasn’t every day. My couch and I were best friends. Are we still friends? Yes, but not nearly as close since I’ve moved on to better things. My mental health wasn’t the best either. It’s moving towards a positive outlook thanks to working out regularly. RCF has made me feel like I am able to do a proper workout despite my size. Everyone is so welcoming and understanding. I’ve even texted Casi about questions and she doesn’t hesitate to get back to me as soon as she can. They truly care about you as a person and your well being. They don’t push for a quick fix. I truly don’t know what I would be doing without RCF. I’m forever grateful for them. I’m finding a family within them and I couldn’t be happier!”

“I’ve been to almost every class! My favorite is HIIT, but Zumba is so much fun and I love your bootcamps! Before RCF, I honestly forgot what it was like to take care of yourself. “I love HIIT! It’s such a great workout, and Casi makes it so fun even though it’s a tough class. It just makes you want to come back for more! I also tried a couple of the Saturday morning classes which are also great! There is so much positive energy with a great workout and a great group! My schedule is tough to get to the gym, but the days I can I feel like a whole new person! It just makes my day so much better and I feel so motivated all around! I also do nutrition coaching with Casi, so even though I cannot go to the gym as much as I would like to, I am learning so much about nutrition and bettering myself! Casi is truly amazing at what she does! Since starting my nutrition journey, I have learned so much in a short time and it helps me throughout the day make better choices!! I am still learning so much, and when I have setbacks Casi makes me feel so good and motivates me so much to keep going. RCF is somewhere you can go and feel welcomed! “I love Zumba with Casey! I used to do Zumba all the time before I had my daughter ! I loved it. Then being a mom happened and I stopped. I always talked about how much I missed it and how good it made me feel after. I JUMPED on the opportunity to come back and I’m so happy to join Rock City. The kindness and ‘family’ feeling is really present. I know it’s only 2 days a week that I come, but I feel so much better knowing I’m getting an ‘official’ workout in twice a week. “I do Zumba, Pick Your Poison Circuits, and I did the Triple Threat class of Zumba, Pound and HIIT! I was so nervous coming, but my friend convinced me to try Zumba and I did. Now I’m hooked! I am beginning to feel more confident to come to more classes. Before, I was just walking or doing home workout videos. Now, I love going to Zumba and Circuits! RCF has made me more confident and makes me feel better about my weight loss journey. I don’t feel judged when I’m there trying (even if I have to modify). Now, I look forward to Wednesdays and Saturdays and I get bummed if I have to miss a class for work! I now find excitement going to the gym and I NEVER thought I would. I don’t think I would be able to go as far as I have without RCF, by now I probably would have given up and went back to my old habits. But now I know I won’t. “I'm currently in my 3rd round of Bootcamp and I love it! When the pandemic started, I quit working out and put on a ton of weight. I felt sluggish and depressed. Since joining RCF, it has helped me immensely--physically and mentally! Casi is a great inspiration and very welcoming to newbies. When I first started bootcamp, I could barely hold a plank for five seconds. I've improved so much, but still so far to go. One day I'll do a push up without modifying! I’m also super thrilled that Zumba is back! My friend and I were just talking about how much we missed Casey's class, and here we are! “I am new to RCF and I’m so happy I took the leap to start attending the classes, thanks to my friends for encouraging me! Before I started attending RCF, I never worked out. I am serious! I would just work, come home, make dinner, and lounge. I knew I was getting too lazy and very out of shape, and realized it was time to make a change. A typical week for me is Bootcamp every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, and I’m trying so hard to attend the evening classes! I look forward to going and working out!
